3. This Team Workshops
Our team development programme involves 3 x full day workshops with the team, about a month apart. Ideally team development workshops are full day and face to face, however we know that this isn’t always possible and half-day and virtual workshops are always available too.
All the elements of the workshop will have been designed around your team. From our work in Stage 2 we know your team’s needs; whether it’s finding a unifying purpose - your ‘why’, generating trust and belonging, developing radical candor, or for individuals to define specifically how they contribute to the team mission. From Stage 2 we also understand your team dynamics; so workshop days are tailored to the specifics of your team so we can get to the heart of the matter as quickly and effectively as possible.
During workshops, our job is to create engagement within your team. We are not the focus at the front of the room. Your focus is each other. Our workshops are designed so your team learns how to become intentional in your ways of working together: how you engage each other, problem solve, ensure all voices are heard, challenge each other, raise each other up, hold each other accountable, learn and develop as a team; not just as a set of individuals. This is where the magic happens; where your team’s soft skills glue is created, where the high performance mindset is wired together.
In workshops sometimes the tone is playful, sometimes profound. Sometimes they involve things getting bumpy and possibly even uncomfortable. As coaches we are familiar with this; we hold the space for you to do the work you know you need to do.
