ThisTeamWorks’ team coaching based approach relies on a deep working partnership between us and our clients.  Our first step is to establish trust, openness and the ability to have powerful conversations with team leaders, from this place we then look to understand the brief. 

Defining The Brief.

Sometimes clients arrive with a fully formed idea of what they are looking for for their teams. Oftentimes they don’t. Leaders understand that their team has unfulfilled potential but have only partial insight into why. Through powerful questions and careful listening we work with leaders to understand your team’s scope to improve and establish a brief to deliver it.

On-Going Team Leader Coaching.

Team leaders are fundamental to the creation of great teams. They are the guardians of the team’s story and culture...and given that these factors account for 70% of the team’s success, this is a huge role.

Our team development programmes include 1 to 1 coaching sessions with team leaders throughout the programme. These start before the first workshop and continue until after the workshops are completed.
